6% of your gross load revenue for most owner-operators. Fleets of 4+ trucks pay 5%. New authorities under 6 months pay 7%, then drop to 6%. No setup fees, no monthly minimums, no fine print — you only pay when we put you on a load.

Q: Do I need to sign a contract?

No. We're month-to-month. If things aren't working, give us 30 days notice and you're done. No termination fees, no hassle. We think that's how it should work — you shouldn't need a contract to keep a dispatcher that's actually doing their job.

Q: What equipment types do you dispatch?

Dry van, flatbed, reefer, hotshot, box truck, step deck, power only, and sprinter van. If it's got a DOT number and can haul freight, we can find loads for it.

Q: How quickly can I start getting loads?

Most carriers are hauling within 48–72 hours of finishing their carrier setup packet. Day 1 is application and verification. Day 2 is getting your carrier packet out to brokers. Day 3 we're looking for your first load. Markets vary, but that's our target.

Q: What load boards do you use?

DAT, Truckstop.com, 123Loadboard, and direct shipper contacts we've built over time. The difference isn't the boards — anyone can access those. The difference is knowing which brokers on those boards actually pay well and which ones will jerk you around.

Q: Can I reject loads I don't want?

Always. We present the load with the rate, the origin, the destination, and our read on whether it's worth taking. You say yes or no. We never book anything without your explicit approval — it's your truck and your time.

Q: What's the difference between a dispatcher and a freight broker?

A broker works for the shipper. They're trying to move that shipper's freight as cheaply as possible. A dispatcher works for you — the carrier. We're trying to get you the highest rate for your truck. Those are opposite goals, which is why having someone in your corner matters.
